Over 15+ years, I have led technology across complex and multi-country environments, working across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, resilience, service management, transformation and project delivery.
My focus has progressively expanded toward AI governance, technology portfolios and AI-enabled operating models. The common thread is turning complex technology problems into operating models that can actually be executed.
What differentiates my profile is that I do not approach transformation only from frameworks or vendor strategy. I also design and build working products to explore how those operating models can become real systems.
